About Zaat Circle
When I first dreamed of creating a community for women, I pictured a space where we could grow together — becoming stronger, wiser, and truly resilient. A place to share our stories, lift each other up, and turn struggles into strength.
But lately, I’ve found myself surrounded by a different energy. Women stuck in cycles of complaining, or in a good position but with no real control over their lives. Women so sensitive to negativity that they can’t face reality unless it bends to their terms. Women with rosy, unrealistic expectations who are capable — but unwilling — to do the hard work, letting their minds spiral into worry and fear about the future.
And the truth is — I’m not different. I’ve also avoided the hard work at times. I’ve complained, even while I was growing and achieving. I’ve given my attention to things that don’t serve me. I say I want to expand, to build my own business, to be disciplined… and I’ve had the time, the energy, and the resources to do it. But still, I’m not sure where the right place to land is.
What I’ve come to realize is that success looks different for every woman — for some, it’s finding the courage to leave a toxic relationship and rebuild; for others, it’s growing a career while still having energy for family; some define it by launching a business that brings freedom and control; others prioritize healing their health or simply feeling good in their own skin again; and sometimes, success is just waking up and facing the day when life feels overwhelming.
We don’t have to measure ourselves by the same ruler. Each of us has her own race, her own pace, and her own definition of what “making it” means. And maybe the real power of a community is not in pushing everyone to move faster, but in walking alongside each other — as we are, where we are — while still daring to grow.
Each one of us needs to be clear about what we’re truly seeking—and then boldly go after it. You are not “bad” for choosing yourself. Our aim here is to help you become the best version of yourself, not to create a group based on loyalty or comfort, but one committed to real growth.
I would love to see each of us happy and content with the results we achieve—celebrating our own unique journeys and growth.
