Today vibe is … Only positive vibes

It has been a while since I wrote something. My mind is full of stories and I don’t know how to organize it in words.

The story is not just a story to tell … it is a combination of feelings, realizations, and lessons learned that is why I feel that people from time to time need to sit down and list all the turning points events for them, Aha! moments, heartbroken, and extreme joy moments because these moments are what shape him/her as a person.

I have been through a series of bad events that made me bitter, miserable, and heartbroken, I used to deal with them with denial like nothing mattered but the truth is that is I didn’t believe that this happening to me! and I didn’t want to accept to be a victim and act like one … it is okay not to accept, it is okay to fake strength, it is okay to make a fool of yourself, it is okay to yell and break things, it is okay to show the dark side of you and express your anger, your disappointment, your resentment, and your sadness … it is OKAY.

Every one of us has a story and some chapters can be harder than others but overall we all have to go through some kind of struggle and need to overcome it … currently, I added ease and surrender into my overcoming mechanisms techniques and not everything is worth to find for … not every struggle is a struggle, maybe I just need to let go a lousy goal.

Life is really beautiful and full of unexpected joys and blessings. here are some of the tools to keep your positive vibes:

  • Count your blessings.
  • Have a goal for yourself.
  • Never compare yourself with others … Only compare yourself with your old version of yourself and celebrate you small achievements and upgrade.
  • Have faith in God and trust that the hard times will pass.
  • Surround yourself with people who share with same values and interests.
  • Have healthy boundaries with people who trigger you or you don’t get along with them.
  • Eat healthy foods and do exercises
  • Spend your free time doing something you love, have a nice walk in nature, visit a friend or family.
  • Cook your food and clean your room.
